This training helps participants understand the principles of Lean and the value of continuous improvement in everyday work.

The training is built around an interactive simulation designed to illustrate Lean improvement in practice.

Participants take part in a role-play exercise simulating a cross-functional business process, allowing them to experience how Lean methods help teams analyze processes and implement improvements.

The session typically includes:

• Introduction to Lean principles and continuous improvement

• Simulation of a cross-functional business process (order reception, processing/production, invoicing, and delivery)

• Identification of inefficiencies and sources of waste within the process

• Implementation of improvements through successive improvement cycles
