Business Process Management (BPM)
Participants learn how to structure business processes from a top-down perspective, starting from strategy and value streams, and translating them into a coherent process architecture.
The program combines process structuring, BPMN modeling, and performance management, allowing participants to design clear, scalable, and governable process frameworks.
It also introduces process maturity models (CMM) to support governance, prioritization, and transformation initiatives, and shows how Lean Six Sigma can be leveraged to drive continuous improvement.
