Do your training programs include certification?
Yes. Several of our programs lead to professional certification.
Certification is obtained after successfully completing the required training modules and evaluation process, which may include an exam or the validation of a real improvement project.Is it possible to attend only part of a training program ?
Yes. Some programs can be followed modularly, depending on your prior experience, training, or certification level.
In Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma-only tracks are available for participants who do not require the Lean Practitioner module. Participants already certified at a certain level may also join only the advanced modules.
Entry at a higher level may be possible through a bridging pathway, subject to a case-by-case review of your background and supporting documentation to confirm that the prerequisites are met.

Yes. Participants can spread their training over time by registering for different sessions depending on the modules they need.
For in-company programs, training schedules are fully adapted to your organization’s agenda, while respecting pedagogical best practices.
