The program includes 12 hours of methodological coaching, structured around five formal DMAIC project review checkpoints. Coaching sessions support participants in defining their project, analyzing data, implementing improvements, and ensuring sustainable results.
At the end of the program, participants receive a Certificate of Project Completion, following the evaluation of their project by the coach, validating their ability to apply Lean Six Sigma methods effectively within their organization.
