Certification
The Lean Manager certification is awarded upon successful completion of the official examination.
The exam validates knowledge acquisition ensuring participants have developed the competencies required to lead and structure Lean Management systems.
Examination Format
- Online, closed-book exam with remote video monitoring
- Lean Manager Examination : 25 multiple-choice questions – 50 minutes
- Available in French or English

Exams must be completed within six months of training
Passing Criteria
- Minimum passing score: 60%
- One retake is permitted in the event of failure
- After a second unsuccessful attempt, a new exam must be purchased to retake the assessment
