Certification

The LSSx.0™ Design For Six Sigma certification is awarded upon successful completion of the official examination.

Examination Format

  • Online, closed-book exam with remote video monitoring
  • Design For Six Sigma Examination : 25 multiple-choice questions – 50 minutes
  • Available in French or English
  • Exams must be completed within six months of training

Passing Criteria

  • Minimum passing score: 60%
  • One retake is permitted in the event of failure
  • After a second unsuccessful attempt, a new exam must be purchased to retake the assessment
