Key Responsibilities
- Design and Deliver Training: Lead interactive Green and Black Belt certification courses, including workshops on DMAIC, statistical tools, and Lean principles. Adapt content for sectors like healthcare (e.g., error reduction in patient processing) and finance (e.g., workflow compliance optimization).
- Project Coaching: Provide one-on-one guidance for client improvement projects, ensuring measurable ROI through tools like SIPOC, FMEA, and control charts.
- Customization & Localization: Tailor programs for French- and German-speaking audiences in Switzerland, incorporating local case studies (e.g., Swiss public sector efficiency gains).
- Assessment & Certification: Evaluate participant progress, facilitate exams via our Dendreo-integrated platform, and issue ASQ/Lean Six Sigma Institute credentials.
- Content Development: Contribute to blog posts, use case studies, and e-learning modules on leansixsigma.org to build thought leadership.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with HR managers and executives for intra-company deployments, including awareness sessions for teams and leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean Six Sigma to internal processes, tracking training effectiveness via KPIs like certification pass rates (target: 95%+).
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Certifications: ASQ or IASSC Black Belt (Master Black Belt preferred); Green Belt as a minimum.
- Experience: 5+ years in Lean Six Sigma training/coaching, with proven success in at least two sectors (e.g., manufacturing defect reduction or IT agile process improvements).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Minitab, Visio, or similar tools; familiarity with BPMN for business process modeling.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and French (German a plus for Swiss clients).
- Soft Skills: Strong facilitation abilities, with experience engaging diverse groups (beginners to executives). Tech-savvy for virtual delivery via Zoom/Dendreo.
Preferred
- Background in Swiss enterprises (e.g., operations/quality roles in pharma or banking).
- Experience with executive awareness training or team upskilling programs.
- Publications or contributions to Lean Six Sigma communities.
